Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented a massive reception for the prisoner “Ahmed Asiri” at the Hamid Al-Alayya Center in Muhayil Governorate, following his release as part of the prisoner exchange process in Yemen.
The video showed the organization of a mass march to receive the liberated prisoner, and a large number of people participated in the march, riding cars and horses, and raising the flag of the Kingdom.
The video showed that the liberated prisoner’s family organized a reception, and as soon as he arrived, his family embraced him, in an atmosphere of happiness and joy.
The prisoner exchange step comes following the Yemeni government and the Houthis reached an agreement to exchange more than 880 prisoners, in a new sign of hope with the acceleration of efforts to end the war.
