Why this massive recall?
The cause of this massive recall is none other than a manufacturing anomaly exposing the consumer to a risk of burns or fire. It is therefore advisable for those who have recently purchased a hot water bottle of this type to no longer use it on the one hand, and on the other hand to bring the product back to the point of sale in order toget a refund.
