Massacre in a US school: a former student killed three children and three adults

The incident occurred in a religious school in the town of Nashville when Audrey Hale, 28, killed three children and three school workers. The police ended up shooting down the attacker, supposedly a former student of The Convenant School.

It was mid-morning when Audrey Hale walked through the school’s secondary gate to change the history of the institute forever. The young woman crossed the ground floor and went up to the first floor when, for reasons that are still being investigated, she fired.

Screams, runs and deaths. The attacker entered the establishment with “at least two assault rifles and a pistol” causing the death of “three students and three adults,” local police spokesman Don Aaron would later confirm during a press conference.

When the first shots were heard, they called 911, which, following a quarter of an hour, arrived at the school and went directly to the place where the shots came from. When going up the stairs, they shot the attacker to stop the massacre.

Guns in the United States

The Democrat has long called for Congress to ban, or at least restrict, the possession of these weapons designed to cause the maximum number of victims, but Republicans oppose it.

Los Biden calls to ban assault rifles have little chance of success. According to an >/Washington Post poll conducted in February, 51% of Americans oppose it and only 47% support it.

At the end of his conference, the US president praised the local police, who responded in a matter of “minutes” to “end the danger” while reiterating that schools must be “protected” so that they “do not become prisons”, according to the NBC.
