The Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, will present today a series of tax relief measures for micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) at 11:30 at the headquarters of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the city of Buenos Aires.
As confirmed by sources from the Treasury Palace to Télam, Massa will detail the measures that the Economy entrusted to the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), which include a payment facility plan for the cancellation of debts, the suspension of the start of tax execution trials, and the extension of the expiration of obligations from September to next December.
This morning the resolution 1416/2023 in the Official Gazette that entrusts the AFIP to implement a payment facility plan for the cancellation of tax and customs obligations and social security resources, expired until August 31, intended for MSMEs and small taxpayers.
Also that provides for the suspension of the start of tax enforcement trials and the blocking of precautionary measures for all these taxpayers until December 31.
Likewise, to extend the expiration of the payment obligations of the personal contribution of self-employed workers, corresponding to September, October, November and December of this year, and of the income tax. value added, corresponding to the same fiscal periods.
