Reducing pollution from human activity is essential to preserve human health and resources, but also to protect the environment. The most important issue is air quality, which depends heavily on the reduction of polluting gaseous emissions and specifically non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOCs).
Through this white paper, the legislation in force and the means of analysis of NMVOCs will be highlighted. It also describes the solvent management plan and the procedure for carrying out a VOC material balance of a gaseous emission.
