Work arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia.

The Role

What you will do/Responsibilities:

  • Establishes partnerships with key business partners.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence other organizations without a direct relationship of subordination
    Brand building / Funnel construction: Awareness, Opinion, Consideration.

  • Designing the accurate and most successful actions for each phase of the customer journey ensuring the execution

  • Managing the OnStar brand strategy: content strategy, media, and advertising campaigns

  • PR Strategy (Guarantee to have a quarterly plan)

  • GM Endo-marketing Strategy (Guarantee to have a quarterly plan for GM employees)

  • Designing and manage the digital marketing strategy (Engaging website SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)

  • Brand and communications KPI’s management

  • Designing and executing SRM plans to increase the awareness and services familiarity

  • Designing and executing SRM campaigns to increase sales

  • SRM KPI’s management

  • Managing the product/services marketing strategy

  • Capturing global best practices regarding product plans and strategies

  • Capturing key information from Market research / Customer insights to support product strategy

  • Supporting product development plans

  • Designing and execute the G2M plans for new services/products (i.e. OnStar Guardian), new Infotainment Apps (i.e. Spotify, Alexa, etc.) or new connectivity features (i.e. Google Automotive Services)

  • Budget Control

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • +3 years of experience in marketing areas.

  • Fluent English.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Knowledge and experience in CRM, Advertising and Media strategies

  • Financial Knowledge and budget management.

  • Availability to work in Bogota, Colombia, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).

  • Availability to make sporadic trips to our network of local distributors or internationally.
