It is that her brother, Luis Alberto Caballi, 60, tragically lost his life that day when he was hit by a motorcycle while trying to cross the intersection of Av. Corrientes and Ángel Gallardo, in the City of Buenos Aires.
From that day on, the visa for Marixa and the rest of her family became an ordeal because they might not recover her brother’s remains and bury him, since the body had been left in the hands of the Justice that investigated the case.
“The judge seems to have forgotten… the case is a folder, obviously, but there is a family behind that is suffering.
