Mario Strikers: Battle League Football is created by the creative minds at Next Level Games – ntower

As part of the past Nintendo Direct revealed Nintendo with Mario Strikers: Battle League Football Finally a brand new installment in the football franchise for the Nintendo Switch – a whopping 15 years following the release of Mario Strikers: Charged Football. Due to the lack of information, the great guesswork began following the presentation as to which developer studio was commissioned by the Japanese company for the developments. Our colleagues from Nintendo World Report asked Nintendo regarding this – and received a prompt response.

A flawless hat trick for Next Level Games

Mario Strikers: Battle League Football is behind Luigi’s Mansion 3 the next project by Next Level Games and is created there in close cooperation with Nintendo. This is not a big surprise, following all, the Canadian development studio also developed the two predecessors Mario Smash Football for the GameCube and Mario Strikers: Charged Football for the Wii in the past. Mario Strikers: Battle League Football will be released on 10.06.2022 in the Nintendo eShop and as Trade version for the Nintendo Switch.
