“When a baby bird leaves the nest, it’s a mixture of heartbreak and pride. At the end of the week, it was especially with great happiness that I saw my son David begin a new stage in his life. Today he begins his new job as a journalist at Acadie Nouvelle in Caraquet. Mom and dad are reassured to see him well settled in his new household. Thank you to the Acadians we met. At 23, David is a recent graduate in journalism from the University of Quebec in Montreal. He settled in Acadie, New Brunswick, for a position as a journalist with the newspaper l’New Acadia. This is the first time he will leave the family nest to fly on his own.
