At the Rutaca Sports Arena gymnasium of the Maturín Sports Center, Bethelmy finished with 17 points (including three triples), and 11 rebounds, to lead the offense of the “battleship”, which together with Cocodrilos de Caracas and Guaiqueríes de Margarita have already secured their ticket to the postseason.

Marinos de Oriente’s next match will be this Wednesday, July 10, at 7:00 p.m., when they face Piratas de La Guaira, in the last match of this first phase of the tournament.
The top four teams in each group will advance directly to the postseason, while the 5th and 6th places will compete for their place in a play-in.
Héroes de Falcón (13-11) and Piratas (14-8, with two games less), are fighting for the last spot in group 2, while Gaiteros has secured sixth place.
In Group 1, Gladiadores de Anzoátegui and Trotamundos de Carabobo have already qualified, while Spartans, Broncos, Pioneros and Brillantes are tied with 12 wins and 10 losses, disputing the last two direct playoff spots, each with two games pending.
