Avoid exposing yourself to pollen on a daily basis
A few tips for managing this on a daily basis, because it’s really embarrassing. Outside, the idea is to limit contact with pollen. Moreover, many people with allergies have noticed that wearing a mask has helped reduce seizures over the past two years. So, already, I encourage you to continue to wear the mask, even if it is not obligatory.
Likewise, wear goggles to protect your eyes. In the car, you can avoid opening the windows wide because the pollen will enter the passenger compartment. Finally, if you don’t dry the laundry outside, once more, because the pollen will settle on it. Change your clothes when you get home from your day out and wash them promptly.
Also remember to rinse your face well following a walk to remove pollen stuck in your eyebrows and eyelashes. And it’s the same for the hair too. The idea of getting rid of pollen as much as possible.
