Government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis, on the occasion of a report by the newspaper Proto Thema regarding the protected witnesses of Novartis, underlines that the “Novartis scandal” was an orchestrated but very ill-conceived scheme that collapsed with a wave, with the aim of exterminating political opponents of SYRIZA.
He notes that “the protected, from the hoods, witnesses, those “innocent people who might not bear to see the injustice”, were handsomely paid for their services, receiving 26 million euros, while their lawyer another 30 million, with taxes, in fact, paid ones”.
