Marina Mstislavovna and Kirill Goratsievich Marina Neelova met the diplomat Kirill Gevorgyan at one of the receptions. The homebody-actress has always been difficult to get out of the house, but here, following her unsuccessful romance with chess player Garry Kasparov (included in the list of foreign agents), from whom Nick’s daughter was left, her colleagues persuaded her. As life has shown – not in vain.
It was with Kirill Neelova that she found real female happiness. For five years, Marina lived in two countries. Gevorgyan, an adviser to the Russian embassy, was sent on a business trip to Paris, and artistic director Galina Volchek reshaped the Sovremennik repertoire to fit Neelova.
The family returned to Moscow for a short time. Kirill Gevorgyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to the Netherlands, and Neelova went with her husband, this time to The Hague. And once more – life in two countries, and Sovremennik once more adjusts to its leading actress.
And in May of this year, Vice-President of the International Court of Justice Kirill Gevorgyan was appointed a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague from Russia. This order was issued by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Gevorgyan will represent the country in this post until 2029.
