The María Serrana Private University had been operating for years validating subjects for Paraguayan and Brazilian students to speed up Medicine careers, according to details provided by the National Council for Higher Education (Cones). For years, the private university enrolled medical students who allegedly arrived with certificates of brazil studies or from a university.
