Along with relatives and colleagues of the actress maria onettowho was found dead last Thursday at her residence in the Palermo neighborhood, Referents from the political scene such as Cristina Kirchner and Gabriela Cerruti expressed their pain through publications on social networks.
“Horrible news regarding the death of María Onetto. An immense actress and a great companion”, said the vice president on Twitter along with an image of the interpreter. The presidential spokesperson did the same and added: “Deep sadness. Beautiful woman. Huge artist. You leave an indelible, unforgettable legacy. see you forever”.
For her part, the also actress and undersecretary of Cultural Policies of the Province, victoria onettoexpressed: “What an immense sadness the death of the beloved and talented actress María Onetto. His prestigious and extensive career includes works in theatre, film and television. An incomprehensible loss.”
Likewise, the president of Inadi during the administration of Néstor Kirchner, Maria Jose Lubertino, wrote on the platform: “I deeply regret the death of María Onetto.” And he stressed: “Excellent actress, great person, sensitive and exquisite spirit with great feminist commitment”.
In addition, both the Ministry of Culture and the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo expressed their condolences. “It is with deep sadness that we bid farewell to María Onetto, an actress with great talent and heart… We accompany her family, friends and colleagues”asserted the portfolio.

The death of the artist was reported by the Argentine Association of Actors in a text that was also shared on social networks: “It is with great pain that we say goodbye to our affiliate, the beloved actress María Onetto. Our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.”
Police sources from the Neighborhood Police Station 14 B of the City Police, detailed that his brother-in-law requested police intervention since Onetto had not responded to the calls since last Monday and through a locksmith he entered a house on Humboldt street at the 2200, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo.
Onetto’s relative told the police that the actress “was experiencing a picture of depression due to the loss of her mother”. The National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor Number 24 intervenes in the case, in charge of Dr. Marcelo Retes and before the Single Secretariat of Dr. Santoianni and Dr. Hermida.
