“Barbie” is a hit and Margot Robbie wins the jackpot. The star and producer behind the summer’s biggest hit is set to earn around $50 million (CHF44 million) in salary and box office bonuses, a appris «Variety».
The film accumulates nearly $1.2 billion (1.05 billion francs) in revenue since its release on July 21. With Greta Gerwig behind the camera, he is the director’s first feature film to exceed $1 billion.
