The march had been launched to demand that the state, with all its agencies, especially public prosecutors, “stop biasing in favor of the stronger party, adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international covenants in the Lebanese Constitution, and ratify the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which guarantees freedom of opinion and expression, freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.” belief, assembly, participation in public affairs, and the establishment of associations.”

On the other hand, and under the slogan “Protect your family,” a motorcycle march was launched from under the Cola Bridge at, and the invitations to participate in it stated that it was launched “to impose values ​​and customs and impose healthy and correct morals, to prevent any march calling for the rights of gay people.”
