In this sense, according to what La Segunda reports, the 7th Guarantee Court of Santiago dismissed the judicial action, estimating that Pavic’s statements did not constitute a crime.
The document revealed by the aforementioned media indicated that: “During the last two months, Mr. Marcelo Ríos has been the object of genuine media harassment by his spouse.”
“(Pavis) has made a series of public accusations against him through interviews (…) all of this, with the sole purpose of affecting the fame and honor of his spouse,” they added.
