Marcel Hirscher has already planned the next comeback steps

Hirscher’s management essentially confirmed corresponding reports in the daily newspapers Österreich and Salzburger Nachrichten on Wednesday, saying that the final details still need to be clarified.

The southern Dutch municipality of Zoetermeer is three meters below sea level and, according to its own information, is home to the steepest indoor ski slope in Europe. Hirscher, who will compete for the Netherlands in the future, and his team will be heading far away from Europe in August: the 35-year-old wants to first hunt for the necessary FIS points in New Zealand in order to be eligible to compete in the World Cup once more. Two giant slaloms and two slaloms will take place in Coronet Peak from August 15 to 19.
