“She has revolver eyes”, a Collector which will reveal to the general public the charm of a singer with a suave voice, victim of a love with a murderous gaze!
The story of this Collector is that of Marc Lavoine, born in 1962, who lives in Wissous, in the Paris suburbs. His father is a trade unionist employed in postal sorting, his mother a secretary.
His childhood was rocked by blues, jazz and Barbara’s songs, but it was cinema that attracted him first and foremost! Encouraged by his mother, Marc left school at 16 and joined a theater troupe. He notably appears in the TV series Pause-Café and works as an usher at the Olympia. It was there that he met Fabrice Aboulker, a young composer.
