Marc Coucke significantly reduced his stake in the Liège pharmaceutical company Mithra via son holding Alychlowe learned Friday following the stock market closed in a transparency declaration from Mithra.
Alychlo’s stake in Mithra fell below 3% as of October 4. Alychlo now holds 2.97% of shares (2,051,197 shares). Alychlo previously held 4.04%.
At the end of last year, Alychlo still held a stake of more than 8% in Mithra, compared to more than 15% at the start of 2021.
