The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has issued a warning once morest travel to Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania due to the Marburg virus outbreak.
On Twitter, the ministry requested that travel to these two African countries be postponed due to security concerns.
The ministry advised citizens residing or visiting both countries to take precautions and follow safety instructions. The warning came following Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania reported the spread of the Marburg virus. This virus causes an epidemic similar to Ebola. The World Health Organization has also issued a warning regarding the virus.

The Kuwait Ministry of Health has also advised once morest travel to Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania. The proposal is in the context of the spread of virus disease. The Ministry of Health also said that travel should not be done until the spread of the disease is under control.
