As every year during autumn and more particularly during Pink October, numerous actions are put in place by municipalities and associations to raise public awareness of breast cancer and its screening. And also to raise money to support this cause.

> Nice opens the Pink October ball, with SOS breast cancer and its “pink jogging” on October 8, at the Quai desUnis. Walks or runs, two courses are planned.
> In Mandelieu-la-Napoule, the events will take place from October 1 to 8, many associations offer quite varied activities. For example, there is a Longe Côte trail from the first day, but also open days and initiations as well as workshops with health specialists.
> On the Cannes side, it is the Odysséa association which organizes several races Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau, October 22.
> This same day, will take place the roses triathlon in Antibes. On the program: 200 meters of swimming, 7.5 km of cycling and 3 km of running.
