“There is intelligence work well underway and the perpetrators will be captured. They will be punished,” Rosales said, according to a press release published on Monday the 20th.
He assured that they will apply concrete strategies and actions, with consensual initiatives, clear and forceful signals, to stop criminal violence, before it happens.

Eight people were injured and one died from a double attack once morest the Tu Finca Express butcher shop and the Samba Latino supermarket. Police sources say that behind the attack is the organized crime group “El Caracas”, led by José Antonio Márquez Morales.
Rosales affirmed that he will not allow the reappearance of structured groups of the common underworld. «I express my condolences to the relatives of Luis Casillas, a worker loved by his colleagues and by his community. We also raise our prayers for those injured in the two attacks.”
