After unveiling his new one-man show “Emmanuel 2” last January at the Théâtre de l’Œuvre, Manu Payet plays extensions at the Théâtre de la Madeleine, from June 22 to July 1.
Manu Payet continues its momentum. Currently on tour with “Emmanuel 2”, his third one-man show unveiled last January at the Théâtre de l’Œuvre, the comedian is preparing to return to Paris for a series of dates. The forty-year-old indeed plays the extensions at the Théâtre de la Madeleine, from June 22 to July 1. In this new show created three years following “Emmanuel”, the public finds Manu Payet for the rest of his autobiographical adventures. The story of a “dad and boomer, without tobacco and without gluten”.
Quitting smoking, paternity and its setbacks, his phobia of flying, particularly low cost, are all themes that Manu Payet addresses through a host of personal anecdotes. A show that the radio host and comedian, now 47, will also resume in the fall across France, before stopping on December 9 at the Olympia. An adventure that he will continue until 2024.
