The exhibition featured, in particular, burgers with a cutlet consisting of vegetable proteins with the addition of black soldier fly larvae concentrate. The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that he had tried vegetable meat more than once. According to him, it is almost impossible to distinguish it from natural: “You have to be a gourmet to do this.”
