According to official sources, a 23-year-old young man was arrested in a high-end truck after shooting at police and transporting cocaine and marijuana in the Villa El Libertador neighborhood of Córdoba.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon when the suspect evaded a preventive inspection in a Mercedes-Benz and fired a shot in the direction of police.
After a manhunt, he was arrested in Salinas Grandes and Defensa, and a 9 mm pistol loaded with several bullets, 113 packages of marijuana and cocaine, a cell phone, pesos and foreign funds.
In this context, a 24-year-old girl was also arrested after police used less lethal weapons as they, along with other men, tried to avoid surgery.
