BANK Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap) collaborates with IHC PT Rolas Nusantara Medika (PT RNM) to improve health services for customers, especially at two hospitals and four clinics owned by PT RNM in East Java.

Bank Mandiri Taspen Business Director, Maswar Purnama, in a statement in Surabaya, Saturday (28/9), said that this collaboration was a form of his party’s commitment to providing hope and positive change for customers through the three pillars of the Mantap program, namely Mantap Healthy, Mantap Active and Mantap Prosperous.

“This collaboration is to improve health services for our retired customers in the Jember and Banyuwangi areas,” said Maswar.

Maswar explained that retirees, who are the majority of customers at Bank Mandiri Taspen, spend more on health as they get older.

Therefore, this collaboration with PT RNM is expected to provide convenience in health services for customers in the East Java region. “Bank Mandiri Taspen customers get many benefits. With this collaboration, these customers will be able to get priority queues at the IHC Rolas Nusantara Medika hospital,” he said.

They hope that by just showing their Bank Mandiri Taspen ATM card, customers can get priority service. This is a new beginning of Bank Mandiri Taspen’s efforts to provide VIP health services for customers.

According to Maswar, this collaboration will also provide convenience for customers, such as health services at clinics at Bank Mandiri Taspen branch offices, providing health facility transfer services (health facilities), customer participation in geriatric programs and others.

He added that in the future this health service collaboration will be developed with other hospitals under IHC. “We started with a pilot project first, after that we evaluated it, then we scaled it up to other hospitals,” he said.

In line with Maswar, Director of PT RNM Syamsul Bahri said that with the signing of this MoU, Bank Mandiri Taspen customers will
receive priority services at two hospitals and four clinics managed by PT RNM, namely Kaliwates Hospital and Bakti Husada Hospital.

He added that this collaboration was a good first step as well as implementing synergy between BUMN subsidiaries. PT RNM is part of the state-owned hospital holding Indonesia Healthcare Corporation (IHC).

“With this collaboration, God willing, we will expand it to the entire national IHC hospital network where IHC has a network of 176 clinics and 78 hospitals throughout Indonesia,” he said.

This collaboration, added Syamsul, is the forerunner. What about good governance, which is currently being designed, and improving what has been working well in Jember and Banyuwangi. (Ant/N-2)
