PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) together with EMC Healthcare today signed a cooperation agreement for digitalization of services.
The signing of the cooperation was represented by Mandiri Inhealth Operational Director Jenni Wihartini and EMC Healthcare Sales & Marketing Director Nailufar at EMC Pekayon Hospital, Bekasi.
This collaboration was established to encourage optimization of the flow and process of health services so that they are faster, easier, more transparent, and provide a better experience for EMC Healthcare patients who are Mandiri Inhealth Insurance Insured, in line with the commitment of both parties to implementing sustainable business based on ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance).
“In line with Mandiri Inhealth’s mission to become a sustainable health insurance company, this collaboration further strengthens our steps in realizing digitalization in the health sector so as to provide convenience and speed for health services received by the Insured. In addition to the positive impacts, this digitalization program is also a form of concern for the environment, namely supporting the movement paperless” said Mandiri Inhealth Operations Director Jenni Wihartini in Jakarta, Thursday (5/9).
The service digitization program is carried out in the form of connecting the applications of both parties via Application Programming Interface so that the ongoing process becomes faster, more precise, more effective, more efficient, and real time.
“The digitalization of this service can be realized through good collaboration and partnership between Mandiri Inhealth and EMC Healthcare. Through this partnership, it is hoped that it will increasingly create a Health Industry that is always trusted and pays attention to the implementation of ESG in every business process and service,” said Jenni.

This service digitalization program has been implemented in the EMC Healthcare Hospital network, namely EMC Alam Sutera, EMC Cibitung, EMC Cikarang, EMC Pekayon, EMC Pulomas, EMC Sentul, and EMC Tangerang.
