MEXICO STATE.- Ken Omarthe man who ran over and caused the death of a tamale farmer in Cuautitlán Izcalli, was detained once more for his alleged participation in crimes once morest health, sources from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico confirmed.
The new arrest, of the man who was wearing an electronic bracelet as a location measure, occurred on April 30.
The Mexican Prosecutor’s Office will request that the benefit of the bracelet be revoked and fulfill the prison sentenceset in January 2023 by six years due to homicide of Mr. Jorge Claudio, in December 2022, in the Santa María Las Torres neighborhood.
On that date, Ken was driving a Mini Cooper and when he lost control of the unit, attacked the tamalero, causing his death; At the time of his recent arrest, he was driving a car of the same make and was allegedly carrying drugs.
The man, 35 years old, was traveling through the Mexico-Querétaro highway when they arrested him. It was learned that he had covered the bracelet using aluminum foil, which was given to him when he paid a financial sum as reparation for the damage to the tamalero’s family.
