A man succumbed to his injuries on Sunday following being shot in the chest in a Vienna hospital. As police spokeswoman Barbara Gass told APA, the search for the suspect was still ongoing around 4 p.m. The identity of this person is known. The shot was fired on Simmeringer Hauptstrasse.
