Dante Bones, a native of Michigan, USA, holds the Guinness World Record for the most rounded tongue in the world. The circumference of his tongue is 12.19 cm. The Guinness Book of World Records’ official website describes it as a ‘tongue as big as a ping pong ball’. The tongue is 4.2 cm high and 4 cm wide.
He can swell and curl his tongue. It is used to show some exercises and to entertain others. But he never dreamed of seeking a Guinness World Record for the uniqueness of his tongue. Dante says the tongue is the gift he received. This condition of the tongue is called macroglosia.
The owner of the longest tongue in the world is Nick Stoybell. It is 10.1 cm long. Channel Tapper is the owner of this record among women. It is 9.75 cm long. Both are natives of California.
