A man from Utah has been sentenced to six years in prison following recording himself inciting violence and breaking a window during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, which resulted in the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt outside the House chamber. John Earle Sullivan, 29, received $90,875 for his videos before being convicted at trial for rioting and obstructing Congress’s certification of the 2020 election results.
