A man has been taking a selfie of his body every day for two years, documenting his journey of losing 70 kilograms without dieting.

Bishoy Khela realized that he needed to lose weight after spending a vacation with his friends in Mexico, where he had difficulty walking for a long time or water skiing, according to “The sun” website.

The 29-year-old weighed 158 kilograms after returning from this trip, which made him say to himself: “Enough of this.”

The young man, who lives in Canada, started an intense exercise regimen, consisting of two activities for 45 minutes each day, along with running in the morning and also exercising in the evening.

Two years later, he now weighs 74 kilograms, and his amazing transformation is visible in the pictures, as his abs appear toned.

Khela was eating about 4,000 calories a day, because he used to choose fast food, such as burgers and pizza, and he was getting more afraid every day of the possibility of having a stroke, and then his journey was the beginning of the change he had always aspired to.

β€œAt the time I decided to exercise, gyms were closed in Canada due to Covid-19,” said the young man in his twenties, so he relied on the bike to get around the city in the evening.

Khela was determined to follow this diet without junk food for only 75 days, but when he saw the results, he became motivated to continue.

He currently aspires to run long-distance marathons, and is not thinking of stopping his healthy lifestyle completely.
