Man Loses 60 Kilograms of Excess Weight and Reveals the Secret to His Success

Suhail Khan, 32, from Bangalore, said he had always been overweight and by 2017, his weight had reached 140 kilograms. The man admitted that he felt terrible physically and mentally. He recalls that at that time, he might hardly walk even 300 meters in a row due to constant pain.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Khan began working hard to lose weight. To lose weight, he first changed his diet. He had breakfast at exactly 10 a.m., lunch at regarding 1-2 p.m., and dinner before sunset. The Indian completely gave up sugar, flour, fast food, and red meat and replaced them with healthy foods and home-cooked meals. He tried to eat more vegetables and foods that were high in protein and less fat.

Khan calculated his portions so that he would eat 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of weight. He also calculated the amount of fiber consumed according to his weight. The Indian said that the most important thing is to burn more calories than you consume.

He also started walking regularly. At first it was very difficult, but eventually Khan started walking 10,000 and then 14,000 steps a day. At the beginning of the year, he also joined a gym to build muscle mass and strengthen his body. The Indian admitted that his wife helped him a lot in losing weight, supporting him in everything and preparing healthy home-cooked food.

As a result, Khan managed to lose almost 60 kilograms since he started training. He believes that the secret to his success is a consistent approach to nutrition and exercise, as well as gradual changes in his lifestyle. “Many people ask how I managed to achieve such changes. I always specifically emphasize that this was not an instant success, but the result of consistent efforts,” the man concluded.
