A Dominican killed two 11-month-old Haitian children (twins) and wounded another three-year-old and their father, in the locality in the Batero community, in the Sánchez Ramírez province.
The police arrested Jose Hernandez Sanchez, 50 years old, who admitted the facts, as recorded in a video circulating on social networks, alleging that he did it because they were stealing some goats.
While in another video the mother of the infants was seen, desperate, directly accusing the Dominican Hernández Sánchez of killing her little ones and aging her partner. The woman was in a police van.
Although the information collected in different media indicated that only the twins had died, the foreigner said that he was also dead in three years.
