The Southeast delegation of the State Attorney General’s Officeguaranteed during the afternoon of this Monday, that the person detained for the events in the colony Topo Chico Saltillo, is an agent who worked in the Coahuila Search Commission.
It is an agent of prosecution assigned to said body, from which he was already dismissed, and according to the authority, he was out of working hours when the events in which he was armed occurred.
The arrest was made shortly after the fight was reported in which, in addition, firearms were fired and according to witnesses in the area, a bat was also used to cause the injuries.
This fact, claimed the life of a 33 year old, as well as two more were wounded by bullets; reasons why the delegation started the investigation folder that should end 48 hours after the person’s arrest.
The people attacked were: Manuel33, who lost his life from a gunshot wound; Jonathan32, who was shot in the knee, and Josephshot in the hand and knee.
In this sense, the delegation reported that the exact crime that will be imposed on the detained person has not yet been determined; however, they stated that they are aware that this is an agent of the Coahuila State Search Commission.
After completing the investigation folder, the man would be taken to his first hearings where the Prosecutor’s Office will present the theory of the case and the motive for which the events would have occurred near the Holy Spirit Parish.
Also, they will announce what was the participation of the person arrested in this event.
