Police authorities located the body of a man who had been missing since Friday, when he went to a meeting arranged through the Marketplace platform. Andrés Valencia had not been seen since July 18 in the morning in the state of Bolívar.
According to local media, family and friends, Andrés had arranged to meet through the trading platform in Riberas del Caroní, Ciudad Guayana, Bolívar state, to do some work at home.
However, upon arriving at the scene, all communication with him was lost. The search for Andrés ended when they found his body this Saturday around three in the afternoon, at the end of Avenida Atlántico, near the Los Corales court.
The cause of death is still unknown, and authorities are expected to make a statement regarding this unfortunate incident.
The young man was riding a high-powered motorcycle, which, as of yet, is unknown as to whether it was found next to the body.
On the other hand, the person who offered Andrés the job, which consisted of maintaining some industrial kitchen equipment, deleted or blocked the Facebook account he used.
