FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man is charged with domestic assault, terrorizing and possession of a controlled substance after fighting with a woman in south Fargo.
Officers responded to the 6400 block of Osgood Parkway for a report of a domestic dispute around 2:20 a.m on Sunday, Jan. 21.
Court documents say, the caller was found at a neighbors home with injuries. She told police she and Peter Stevenson got in a fight after returning home from Pub West.
Officers say, when they arrived to the home the front door was wide open and the home was in, “chaos.”
The caller told police, Stevenson had destroyed two doors in the home while she was trying to hide from him. He also damaged her vehicle as she was trying to drive away.
Stevenson was found, walking on the sidewalk across the street, disoriented and also injured.
He was arrested and taken to jail where jail staff found drugs on him also.
