Man Caught Smuggling 14 Snakes in Pockets: Shocking Customs Inspection in China

A man who tried to smuggle 14 snakes in his pocket during customs inspection was caught in China. The incident came to light when the officials, who felt abnormal in his behavior, conducted an inspection. The suspect was arrested at Fuxian port in Southeast China. The authorities have not released his other information.

Behaving anxiously and deliberately avoiding eye contact drew suspicion from officials at Huanggang Customs. Then, the officials restricted the luggage. During the later inspection, 14 snakes hidden in cotton socks and stockings were found in his pocket.

The man, dressed in black and wearing a white cap, was patting his pocket as he stood at the check point. Of the 14 snakes, three were identified as Ball pythons, locally known as royal pythons.
