The First Public Prosecutor of the October College Prosecution referred a 25-year-old man to the Criminal Court, accusing him of threatening a wealthy Arab girl by publishing naked and dishonorable videos and photos.
According to the referral order, the accused threatened a wealthy Arab girl in writing with divulging matters disgraceful to her honour. They are her nude photos and videos, which she had previously sent to him, and that threat was accompanied by a request, which was to give him an amount of “ten thousand Saudi riyals.”
The accused used a special account on the social networking site “Facebook”, which is called – Samira Ahmed, with the intention of committing the crime subject to the previous accusation and punishable by law, and deliberately disturbing and harassing the aforementioned victim and her sister, and that was by misusing a communications device, which is the mobile phone, through his account on the social networking site “Facebook”.
