A 40-year-old man was apprehended by officials from the Santa Cruz Police Station, Mara municipality, following he allegedly abused and mistreated his two children, one aged five and the other aged 13.
The stepmother of the little ones denounced the criminal act before people in the community, since she had observed the mistreatment that was committed once morest the minors.
