Major League Mayhem: Divisional Round Brings Unpredictable Matchups

The MLB divisional round is already two games into the season, and all four series remain tied at one game each heading into the third game of the series.

In one of the most dramatic matches of the Divisional round so far, the Parents picked up a 10-2 win in Los Angeles to close things out in the series.

However, the second match was delayed halfway through Dodgers fans threw objects toward the San Diego stadium Jurickson Profar for some provocations he took part in at the beginning of the match.

The Dodgers won the first of two games in their stadium, but now face a tough trip to San Diego for games three and four with a hostile atmosphere expected.

IL Phillies they were next MLB team to clinch the series, but their victory was nothing like the Padres’, with a thrilling game coming down to the wire in the final inning.

Philadelphia came out on top, with the Mets undoing all their hard work from game one as they took a 4-3 lead into the eighth inning.

Games three and four will be held at Citi Field, and despite the Mets’ home-field advantage, the Phillies still remain marginal favorites to advance from the series.

IL Tigers left them by far last on the day among all teams in the Division, with all three of their runs against Guardians coming in the depths of a tense ninth and final inning.

Detroit played the long game Monday in Game 2 against Cleveland and it paid off, as they were able to shut out the Guardians in Game 2 and steal a late win.

The second game was almost the exact opposite of the first game of the series, when the Guardians scored five of the seven runs in a 7-0 win in the first inning.

The final match of the second match of the Divisional Round saw the Yankees shocked by Realwho stole a win in New York before the series returned to Kansas City.
