The program is one of the largest training programs that focus on practical skills in the Arab world, as it targets distinguished young people in the final stages of university studies or at the beginning of their professional career following graduation, in order to enhance their skills, build their capabilities, enrich their experiences, and raise their competitiveness for the labor market.
