On July 14, around 2:30 a.m., a patrol of intervention teams from the Montgomery police zone had its attention drawn to an individual who was riding a bicycle in the Chasse district, reports the Brussels public prosecutor’s office in a press release. He seems inconvenienced by this police presence and hastily leaves the scene.
Intrigued by the attitude of this person, the police will carry out a check and a security search which will allow the discovery of a switchblade knife as well as a heavy booty: 19.9 gr of resin of cannabis, 24 ml of poppers, 11.9 g of MDMA, 7 ecstasy pills and some cocaine, speed and marihuana.

A search in flagrante delicto is then carried out within his home. Search during which the police will discover another nice booty: 62 gr of ecstasy, 135 gr of MDMA as well as a little cannabis and cocaine. Everything is seized by the police.
The follow-up to this file, initiated by the teams of the Intervention service and recorded by the teams of the reception service of the Montgomery police zone, will be handled by the local search service of the zone.
The suspect, AC ., aged 39, was made available to the King’s prosecutor in Brussels. An investigating judge was seized who placed the suspect under arrest warrant.
