Certain streets and avenues in Caracas collapsed due to the heavy rains that have been recorded this Monday.
Traffic in the western part of the city was interrupted, this following lagoons formed, according to users reported on social networks.
“Due to the heavy rain on November 21, several sectors in Caracas collapsed, as was the case of Prado de María, in the Libertador municipality,” wrote one user.
Thus, citizens clarified that following “10 minutes” of rainfall they were seen “under water”, with the flow that ran and was recorded in various sectors.
