The first quarter of 2024 was full of interesting games, suggesting that we will have a year as busy as the past. Among the big releases, we have The Last of Us Part II Remastered, Tekken 8, Helldivers 2, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, Rise of Ronin, Dragon’s Dogma 2 and the PC version of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition.
April promises to be a year with less impactful releases, but with some interesting games, especially for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch owners, who will have games that were exclusive to Xbox.
April will begin with the version of Dave the Diver for PlayStation platforms. The casual marine exploration RPG allows the player to fish during the day and run a sushi restaurant at night.
This month, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players will be able to experience Grounded, one of Xbox’s most successful exclusives. Users of Sony’s most modern console will still have the pirate game Sea of Thieves.
On PlayStation 5, Final Fantasy 16’s first expansion, The Rising Tide, will be released in the second half of April. Still on the Sony platform, players will also be able to check out the action adventure Stellar Blade, which is reminiscent of Devil May Cry, at the end of the month.
