JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Music producer Maia Estianty reportedly underwent surgery gallstones in one of the hospitals.
This was announced by Maia Estianty’s eldest child from her marriage to Ahmad Dhani, Al Ghazali.
“Tomorrow, I’m going to have gallstone surgery.” wrote Al Ghazali in a written statement on the @alghazali7 account which was uploaded on Thursday (21/4/2022).
Then, Al Ghazali asked for prayers so that the operation that Maia Estianty underwent went smoothly as expected.

To note, at first Maia Estianty received treatment for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
However, the pain felt by Irwan Mussry’s wife did not go away.
Therefore, Maia Estianty saw an internal medicine specialist.
From the specialist in internal medicine, it was discovered that Maia Estianty was suffering from gallstone disease or cholelithiasis.

The size of the gallstone, which is almost 2 cm, is located in the neck of the gallbladder, causing Maia Estianty to feel excruciating pain.
“He is sick, he is not feeling well because at the channel door, he can’t enter the channel because the stone is big,” said internal medicine specialist Tjhang Supardjo to Maia Estianty in Maia AlElDul TV’s vlog.
