She is from a Tunisian-American father, Dr. Tariq Zarrouk, who holds a doctorate in ecology and geology and works as a university professor at Brooklyn College, and from an Egyptian-American mother, Dr. Amy El-Sayed, who holds a doctorate in mathematics and works as a university professor at Kingsboro College.
Mahmoud Hegazy is participating in the starring role in the movie “In the High Noon,” in which Mena Massoud experiences his first artistic experiences in Egypt. It was written by Karim Sorour and directed by Markus Adel, and co-starring is Iman Al-Assi, Sherine Reda, Jamila Awad, Mohamed Ali Rizk, Mohamed Ezz, Sandra, Ahmed Gamal Saeed, Mahmoud Hegazy, Ihab Fahmy, and a number of other artists.
