Maharajas College Mark List Scandal: Crime Branch Releases FIR Naming Accused Teachers and Media Personnel

Crime branch released FIR in Maharajas college mark list case. The first accused is Vinod Kumar, a teacher of Maharaja’s College who was registered as per the complaint of SFI State Secretary PM Arshaw. According to the FIR, the first accused, the teacher Vinod Kumar and the second accused, the principal VS Joy, prepared the wrong result.

It was also charged that the first two accused conspired and tried to defame the complainant in the society. The teachers have also been accused of preparing a false result of passing the exam. In the first information report, it is alleged that three to five accused have spread this news through the media.

The FIR states that the SFI and the state secretary, Arshaw, have been defamed in the public eye. KSU state president Aloysius Xavier is the third accused in the case. Maharajas College KSU unit president Fazil is the fourth accused and Asianet News reporter Akhila Nandakumar is the fifth accused in the case.
